We’re looking for an experienced Goods-In Operative to join a well‑established company based in Lancing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of health & safety and goods‑in processes. You’ll also need a valid, clean UK driving licence as you’ll be required to drive the company van to deliver goods, along with a valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence.
As a Goods-In Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

Completing paperwork to ensure goods are dispatched correctly

Using a forklift truck to unload deliveries

Labelling, sorting, and storing goods in the correct places

Assisting with stock counts

Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised

Driving the company van to deliver goods

Supporting health & safety procedures
Requirements for the Goods-In Operative:

Valid, clean UK driving licence

Previous experience in a warehouse/goods‑in environment

The Goods-In Operative is a full‑time, permanent role based in Lancing, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with an annual salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience.
