Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Secretary to join a leading UK construction company, working on a £300m landmark project in Cardiff. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity to be part of a high-profile development shaping the city’s future.
The Role:
As the site-based Receptionist / Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and calls, ensuring a professional and efficient front-of-house service. You will also provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the project management team.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing reception duties including calls, visitors, and correspondence

Providing secretarial support to the site management team

Preparing, formatting, and presenting PowerPoint presentations and project documentation

Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating site meetings
-
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and filing systems

Supporting with general administrative duties as required
About You:

Previous experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrator within a professional office or construction environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
-
Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
-
Confident, professional, and proactive with a keen eye for detail
