We are working with an award-winning national contractor renowned for delivering major commercial, leisure, and high-rise residential projects across the UK.
The business has recently secured a £70m high-rise development and is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the site team.
This scheme will be delivered using RC frame construction within a logistically challenging city-centre environment. With a 2.5-year programme, the successful candidate will also benefit from continuity of regional work upon completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager with day-to-day site operations

Assist in coordinating trades and subcontractors

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards

Contribute to site documentation, reporting, and logistics planning

Help drive programme and maintain a well-organised, safe site
Candidate Requirement:

Minimum of HNC in Construction
-
SMSTS
-
Minimum three years’ experience within a main contracting environment

Previous experience of major projects and or RC frame construction advantages
