As the Registered Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the home, ensuring exceptional care and compliance while fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with a *supportive Responsible Individual (RI)* and a dedicated team who share your passion for making a difference.

*What We’re Looking For*
* Over 21 years old (Essential)

* Ability to travel with a clean driving licence and business insurance (Essential)
* 5+ years’ experience working with children at a senior level (Essential)
* NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care/Youth Work/Education (Essential)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or Children’s Residential Management (or working towards) (Essential)
* Enhanced portable DBS (Desirable)
