*The Role*
We’re looking for an experienced *Vehicle Technician* to join our skilled team at the *M4 Service Centre*. Here, you’ll be part of a busy workshop preparing and servicing more than 150 stock and customer vehicles each month. This is a varied role that blends diagnostic work, routine servicing, and vehicle preparation, giving you the chance to broaden your experience and take pride in delivering our “Right First Time” standard.

*What you'll be Doing*

* Preparing, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles and minibuses (all makes/models)
* Diagnostic work using industry-standard tools and software
* Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard – we pride ourselves on a right-first-time culture
* Collaborating with a close-knit, experienced team

*Required Skills & Experience*

* City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Service & Maintenance (Light Vehicle)
* At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified technician; light commercial experience preferable but not essential
* Strong knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostics and repair methods
* Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
* Strong communication skills — able to work effectively with colleagues and customers
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Honest, reliable and great timekeeping
* Full UK Driving Licence
