*Duties*
* Execute assigned projects according to specifications and timelines.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding progress and any potential issues.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked.
* Collaborate with other subcontractors or tradespeople as necessary to ensure project success.
* Provide expert advice on project-related matters when required.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the execution of projects.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in your specific trade or field (e.g., construction, electrical, plumbing).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety practices within your trade.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements or schedules.
