Behaviour Support Learning Assistant – The Role
Provide dedicated support to pupils across KS1 and KS2 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Help children regulate emotions, access learning, and stay engaged throughout the school day. Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, pastoral leads, and external agencies to deliver consistent and supportive interventions. Adapt strategies as needed to ensure steady pupil progress.
