Hales Group are pleased to be recruiting for a Weekend Customer Service Administrator, for their client based in Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for a friendly organised and energetic person to join our clients team.
You'll greet customers, manage bookings, handle light admin tasks, and help keep everything running smoothly.
Key Duties Include:
Welcoming customers on arrival and providing friendly customer service
Managing bookings and general enquiries
Handling basic admin tasks such as filing, emails and updating records
Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
