What You’ll Be Doing

Speaking with existing customers to secure repeat orders

Handling enquiries via phone, email and webchat

Sending out samples and marketing packs, then following up

Producing reports and keeping admin accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For

A friendly communicator who’s confident on the phone

Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills

Previous experience within a customer facing role and office environment.

Someone proactive, organised and happy to get stuck in

Team player with a positive attitude

SAP/EDI experience is a bonus, not essential

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Red lodge on a daily basis. This role is due to start early January 2026 however interviews will take place before Christmas.
