Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a common local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Childcare Legal Assistant to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella Rate - £16-£18ph
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £14.62 - £16.38
This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities as a Childcare Legal Assistant:
Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
To undertake Advocacy were directed to do so.
To advise the Principal Lawyer of all significant matters relating to legal/reputational issues for the council.
About you as a Childcare Legal Assistant:
At least 3 years Legal experience in Childcare Law
Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
