The Role: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support one Reception pupil with additional learning needs. Your role will involve providing personalised support, helping the child access learning activities, and promoting positive social, communication, and emotional development.
You will also monitor the pupil’s progress, follow strategies set by the teacher and external professionals, and contribute to creating a nurturing, structured early years environment.
