Join a forward-thinking education provider committed to excellence. Our client, a well-established college, is seeking a passionate and experienced Electrical Apprenticeship Tutor to support learners in achieving their full potential.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering Electrical Apprenticeship Standards, coaching and assessing learners both on-site and remotely. Your role will include maintaining accurate progress records via e-portfolios, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring apprentices gain the skills and behaviours needed in today’s electrical industry.
You’ll manage a caseload of apprentices, build strong relationships with employers, and use your industry expertise to bring learning to life.
Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering apprenticeship training

Conducting on-site assessments and reviews

Using e-portfolios and tracking systems

Supporting learners’ development in line with industry needs

Engaging with employers and stakeholders
You will need:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical
-
A current, valid ENHANCED DBS in place
-
A1/V1/CAVA Assessor qualification (or equivalent)

Strong IT skills
-
Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)

IQA Award (desirable)
