At *Moonlight Design*, we bring buildings and landscapes to life.
We design and install stunning exterior lighting schemes for some of the most prestigious properties in the UK, from elegant private gardens to exclusive estates and unique commercial spaces. Our work combines craftsmanship, technology, and creativity, transforming spaces with lighting systems that include low-voltage LEDs, RGBW colour-changing lighting, WiFi and DMX controls, and premium control systems such as *Lutron, Crestron, and Rako*.
Although most of our projects are in *London and the Home Counties*, we occasionally travel across the UK for exceptional clients who expect only the very best.
*The Role*
We’re looking for a *qualified electrician* who enjoys working *outdoors* and wants to take their career in a new direction. You’ll be part of a small, skilled team installing and maintaining high-end exterior and garden lighting systems to an exceptional standard.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys physical and hands-on tasks, and thrives in varied environments, from luxury gardens to architectural lighting projects.
*What You’ll Do*
* Install, maintain, and repair exterior and garden lighting systems
* Read and follow detailed plans
* Work to 18th Edition standards and company procedures
* Problem-solve and deliver top-quality workmanship on every project
* Provide an excellent customer experience and represent Moonlight professionally
* Travel to sites across London and the Home Counties, with some nationwide work
*About You*
You’re a motivated, detail-focused electrician who enjoys variety and the satisfaction of working outside. You’ll need to be:
* *Electrically qualified* (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 18th Edition) with *at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience*
* *Physically fit* and happy to work outdoors in all seasons
* *Reliable, punctual, and professional* with strong communication skills
* *Team-oriented* but also capable of working independently
* *Non-smoking / non-vaping*, in line with our company policy
* Proud of your work and always aiming for the highest standards
* Holder of a *full, clean UK driving licence*

* *Salary:* £38,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)
