We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of delivery protocols, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Duties

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.

Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

Load and unload goods, which may involve heavy lifting and manual handling.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during transit.

Communicate with warehouse staff and management regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from recipients upon delivery.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.

Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record; experience driving a commercial vehicle is an advantage.

Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.

Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
