We’re partnering with a well-established, family-run distributor of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment to recruit an Office Administrator for their growing UK team.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established off-site fabrication division that is set for continued growth.
As Office Administrator, you will act as the key support link between design, engineering teams, clients, and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date

Maintaining and updating internal systems

Coordinating administrative processes across multiple stakeholders

Using Microsoft Office Suite and a bespoke CRM system to manage workflows
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
Package & Benefits

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000

Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
