Receptionist – Part Time (CW10 Area)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour (paid weekly)
About the Role
We are looking for a professional, motivated, and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting site security, welcoming visitors, and carrying out key administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

Adhere to all Health & Safety rules.

Welcome visitors, complete inductions, and ensure they are signed in/out.

Manage and issue access cards for visitors, contractors, and employees.

Contact hosts and direct visitors or contractors to the correct areas.

Welcome new starters and ensure induction procedures are followed.

Manage the ANPR system and respond to intercom calls, directing drivers appropriately.

Request and collect required paperwork from delivery drivers.

Weigh bulk delivery tankers on entry and exit.

Take and process bulk material samples following procedures.

Answer internal and external telephone calls professionally.

Receive, register, and distribute mail deliveries.

Assist visitors when leaving site, including arranging taxis.

Patrol premises at least once per shift to ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

Support fire marshals during evacuations by providing lists for roll call.

Contact emergency services when required.

Carry out administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and sending emails.

Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
