*The Role*
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy and friendly firm. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of PQE in conveyancing, possess CQS accreditation, and have a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will also inspire trust and commitment among others. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, contribute to the development of the conveyancing team, and work towards partnership.
*Responsibilities*
* Establish, build, and maintain productive working relationships with the existing team, clients, and referrers.
* Support the team in all matters arising, both internally and externally.
* Work independently and effectively under pressure while managing multiple transactions.
* Manage and oversee cases from inception to completion.
* Handle a variety of residential client matters.
* Engage with commercial clients in conjunction with the Partner in charge.
* Ensure high-quality client service is consistently delivered.
* Contribute to business planning with an understanding of the broader group implications.
* Actively generate business from new and existing clients through effective internal and external business development activities.
* Enhance the Curtis Parkinson brand in the local marketplace.
* Develop a personal training business plan and contribute to the team’s development alongside the Partner in charge.
* In the absence of a Partner, take on the role of Conveyancing Team Leader.
