We are looking for a semi skilled electrician to join our busy workshop team in Shropham.
The Position is primarily based in Norfolk however, some travel may be required when necessary for service, maintenance and emergency breakdown calls.
As we provide the service industry, some early starts and late finishes may occur from time to time.
*Duties include*
* Attend electrical faults on generators.
* control panels and associated switchgear.
* distribution boards, cables and electrical pumps.
* Also checking cables and equipment on return from hire and preparing for hire.
* Setting up electrical distribution and cables associated with generators on temporary sites.
*Desirable skills* (not essential as training will be provided)
* electrical knowledge/experience
* 18th edition qualification.
* good knowledge of generators, electric motors or control panels
* fault diagnostics
* PAT testing
* BS7909
Typical working hours Mon- Fri 08.00-17.30
