Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to fee earners.

Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

Assist in property transactions, including drafting and processing contracts, leases, and related documentation.

Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and third parties.

Maintain accurate records using the firm’s document management system.

Support diary management, meeting coordination, and billing processes.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience as an administrator or secretary within a commercial property or legal environment is essential.

Solid understanding of property law processes and terminology.

Excellent typing ability and strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office and case management systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
