We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will specialise in matters such as estate planning, wills, trusts, and succession. *Responsibilities*
* Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
* Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies
* Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters with efficiency and professionalism
* Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes
* Providing clear legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances
* Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ongoing business
* Keeping abreast of relevant legal developments affecting private client work
*Requirements*
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Proven experience in private client law, including wills, trusts, and estate planning
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment
