Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

They are seeking an exceptional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage the smooth running of our reception desk and provide outstanding administrative support as part of our supportive and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities

Welcoming visitors and managing reception activities

Providing administrative support to staff and leadership

Ensuring effective communication with parents, staff, visitors, and external agencies
We are Looking for Someone Who

Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

Has excellent IT, literacy, and interpersonal skills

Possesses a confident and professional telephone manner

Demonstrates tact, confidentiality, and discretion at all times

Can handle interactions sensitively and effectively with a range of stakeholders, including children and families

Has prior experience with school systems (advantageous but not essential; training provided)

Brings a “can-do,” team-oriented attitude with a calm and friendly demeanour

Is flexible to work across our campuses when required (we have administrative across our three campuses (two offices based in Farnborough and one based in Aldershot.))
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (1 hour unpaid lunch break). Term time only + 1 week.

35 hours per week - term time only + 1 week
