Hours: Part-time, flexible within morning (7am–3pm) and/or evening (5pm–11pm) availability

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support older adults in Enfield to live safely, confidently and independently in their own homes — where they feel happiest.
Whether you’re experienced or completely new to care, full training and ongoing support are provided.
What you’ll do
Provide personal care with dignity and respect
Support with meals, medication and daily routines
Assist with mobility and safe movement around the home
Offer companionship, reassurance and emotional support
Carry out light housekeeping where needed
Help clients enjoy meaningful, fulfilling days
Every visit is at least one hour, giving you time to build genuine connections.
What we offer
£12.50 per hour + mileage contribution
Minimum 1-hour visits — no rushed calls
Flexible part-time shifts:
Morning routes (7am–3pm)
Evening routes (5pm–11pm)
Weekend options available
