Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Delivery Manager Location: East Anglia Salary: £70k + Package

The Role:

As an Air Conditioning Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of service delivery for HVAC and air conditioning projects.
Plan, execute, and monitor service contracts, PPM schedules, and reactive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
Support pricing, quotations, and budgeting for service contracts and remedial works.
Audit existing contracts and manage any contract modifications or variations.
Build and maintain client relationships to support business development.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.

This hire is to support continued expansion and development of the service division

The Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in service delivery or senior management within the HVAC/air conditioning sector.
Proven ability to manage engineers and oversee service operations effectively.
Commercially aware and confident supporting pricing and business development.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across East Anglia.
