Compliance Administrator
Location: Waltham Cross, Herts
Salary: £24,000- £26,000
Shift Pattern: Any 5 over 7 (including Saturdays and Bank Holidays)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (45 hours per week)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised Driver Compliance Administrator to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to our Distribution Team. This pivotal role ensures the professional and efficient management of legal driver compliance and the smooth running of operational transport office activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain accurate records of PCNs, parking tickets and assist in coaching drivers where necessary.
Maintain and update Tachomaster driver calendars to ensure full legal compliance.
Support Driver Compliance Managers with all compliance administration, including processing driver infringements, weekly WTD compliance, and Tachomaster DCRS updates.
Assist DSMs with management of the fuel system, monitoring stock levels and producing fuel-related reports and KPIs for the business.
Manage new starter (driver) setup on telematics systems and Tachomaster, ensuring all profiles and permissions are correctly established.
Provide transport office administrative support, including:
Processing Backhaul Purchase Orders
Briefing and debriefing drivers
Issuing vehicle keys to routes
Completing department asset checks
Producing operational and compliance reports
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, professionally, and in line with EU & WTD legislation.
What We’re Looking For
A highly organised and detail-focused administrator with previous experience in fleet, transport, or logistics operations.
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to build strong working relationships across teams and external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
A proactive, reliable team player with a positive “can-do” attitude who can prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
