Salary: Up to £45,000 + will tailor package dependant upon the individual's experience

The Opportunity
As an Assistant QS, you’ll work closely with a supportive commercial team while taking on increasing responsibility. For the right person, the aim is that you’ll be running your own projects within 12 months.
You’ll be involved in:

Procurement and tendering

Subcontract management

Cost control and reporting

Valuations and variations

Working with site teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance

Supporting delivery across a diverse project portfolio
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements

Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction

Someone driven, ambitious, and eager to develop

A self-starter who wants more responsibility and quicker progression

Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn

Experience in residential, care/retirement, or commercial builds is beneficial
