The Role
I’m looking for a proactive Corporate Sales Administrator to join a fantastic Corporate Sales team. You’ll play a key role in keeping sales operations running smoothly, supporting the team with everything from vehicle orders to sales reporting, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative support across multiple brands and dealerships.

Coordinate vehicle orders with Sales and Supply teams to meet showroom, demonstrator, and customer requirements.

Manage all pre-delivery admin: registrations, insurance, road tax, and more.

Support invoicing and ensure all sales costs are accurately captured.

Keep the sales team updated on order status and any issues.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle job sheets, stock lists, and pre-delivery work hours.

Ensure proper authorisation for new stock and assist with dealership financial reporting.

Handle banking tasks and help Sales Managers locate vehicles when needed.

Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.

Take on other reasonable tasks as needed to support the team.
