Building Maintenance Administrator – Woking-based
Full Time – 40 hours per week (8-5 pm with 1 hour lunch)

Your Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team in the office

Record information in Job Management Systems or any other relevant systems

Provide timely work-in-progress updates to clients
-
Identify and report task productivity issues or trends
-
Assign available operatives efficiently to minimize travel and idle time

Assist in recording data and key management information to improve services

Perform additional administrative tasks to support the team and service delivery

Act as the first point of contact for issuing, receiving, and recording information on repairs
-
Ensure accurate and timely recording of information for all calls and emails regarding repairs

Maintain updated records from operatives, subcontractors, and clients in all systems
-
Make proactive phone calls to clients and tenants to schedule work

Respond to internal and client emails

Scheduling engineers and managing diaries
The successful candidate will have:

Vast experience of MS Office including Word and Excel with accurate typing skills

Experience of working in a Repairs and Maintenance call centre or any other call centre

environment (Desirable)

Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities

GCSE or Equivalent in Qualification in Maths and English
