Location: Kent (Retail Parks)
Salary: Upto £35,000
Are you an experienced Facilities Coordinator with a passion for managing retail parks and ensuring smooth operations? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kent, overseeing retail park properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day facilities management operations within retail parks across Kent.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, fire regulations, and all relevant guidelines.

Manage and monitor the safe and effective maintenance of facilities, including legionella and asbestos management.

Liaise with property management teams, site staff, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain excellent records and reports, ensuring that issues are addressed swiftly and efficiently.

Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, delivering at pace to keep facilities running smoothly.

Ensure that all contractors adhere to the required safety and operational standards.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:

IOSH, Legionella, and Asbestos Management certification as a minimum.

Valid UK Driving License required
Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using relevant software.

In-depth understanding of Health and Safety legislation and fire regulations.
