In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall engineering management, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing third-party contractors and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility and ownership of all engineering and electronic security service delivery for the site.

Lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring services meet operational and client expectations.

Exhibit commercial awareness, driving efficiency, profitability, and business growth.

Ensure customer satisfaction through a customer-focused attitude, providing high-quality service and flexibility.

Manage budgets and ensure financial control of services, projects, and maintenance.

Maintain excellent communication across teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring all parties are informed of key developments.
