Trysome Auto Electrical is seeking a Salesperson with a background in occupational hygiene and mining to manage and grow client relationships, primarily focusing on Sy-Klone Internationals product line. This role combines technical expertise in occupational health and safety within the mining sector with sales skills to provide clients with tailored solutions. You will drive business development, engage with clients, and deliver insights that improve the working environment in mining operations. · Serve as the primary point of contact for Sy-Klone, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. · Identify client needs and provide expert advice on occupational hygiene solutions, particularly related to air filtration systems and equipment for heavy-duty vehicles used in mining. · Engage with mining companies, ensuring their occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements are met. · Promote Sy-Klones product line, focusing on air quality systems, dust control, and related technologies for the mining industry. · Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. · Conduct regular site visits to mining operations to demonstrate products, provide technical support, and assess client needs. · Apply your knowledge of occupational hygiene to provide expert advice on maintaining safe and healthy working environments in mining operations. · Offer product recommendations based on environmental and health assessments, such as reducing dust exposure and improving air quality for workers. · Support clients with technical troubleshooting, installations, and training for Sy-Klone products. · Stay updated on the latest trends in mining safety, occupational hygiene regulations, and new product innovations. · Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands and opportunities. · Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key opportunities and potential challenges. · Work closely with Trysomes technical teams to ensure smooth installation and support for Sy-Klone products in client operations. · Liaise with Sy-Klone teams for technical updates, product launches, and to facilitate specialized support when required. Educational Requirements: Diploma or degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales, business development, or relevant mining industry qualifications are a plus. Experience: · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in occupational hygiene, particularly in the mining sector. Previous sales experience or customer-facing roles within the mining, heavy-duty equipment, or occupational safety industries. Skills: · In-depth knowledge of occupational health standards in mining, including dust control and air quality solutions. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and present technical information effectively. · Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude. · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
