Machine Shop Manager with Mastercam CAD-CAM + Solidworks (CAD) Software experience in Milling ,Turning, wire cutting

Matric
Mastercam CAD-CAM software Certificate a great advantage but not essential
Must have experience using CAD- CAM software (Mastercam) + Computer-Aided Design CAD (Solidworks) Software as a Machine Shop Manager
Must have Extensive knowledge of Machining (turning, milling and wire cutting) and machine shop operations
Must have strong working experience Developing programs with Mastercam CAD-CAM software to control machining or processing
Duties:
• Prepares and sets the machines before production and perform test runs of the initial batches
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of related processes
• Experience with safety regulations and procedures
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Leadership qualities and ability to guide and motivate staff
• Schedule machines and staff for maximum productivity
• Coordinate all labour and materials in the machine shop
• Identify and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
• Make recommendations on capital expenditures to improve capacity and quality
• Monitor productivity, utilizing charts and software tools

Monthly Salary (dependent on what years’ experience you have gained working at Company’s and what you are currently earning, and our Client will decide) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.
