Group Head - Wholesale Banking to drive innovation and growth.

Wholesale Banking strategy, inspire a results-driven team, and cultivate meaningful relationships with key clients. You'll be at the helm of creating tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and drive an innovative Wholesale Banking strategy to seize market opportunities.
- Create and execute forward-thinking marketing and sales initiatives for the Wholesale Banking Group.
- Lead the design and launch of impactful products and services that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term loyalty.
- Manage the credit risk framework, ensuring effective risk management practices.
- Oversee cost-efficient funding strategies to optimize business performance.
- Act as a trusted representative of the bank, providing insightful reports to the Executive Director of Wholesale Banking.
Who We're Looking For: - A trailblazer with a BSc Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Holder of banking certifications like ACIB or similar is preferred.
- 10+ years of proven expertise in the banking sector, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles focused on marketing, business development, or relationship management.
- A natural leader with exceptional strategic thinking , communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A Namibian citizen or permanent resident fluent in English.
