What You'll Be Doing: - Craft and implement an ambitious Wholesale Banking strategy to capture market opportunities.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies for the Wholesale Banking Group.
- Lead the creation of cutting-edge products and services that resonate with customers.
- Nurture and grow strategic customer relationships , ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee the credit risk framework , fostering robust risk management practices.
- Manage low-cost funding strategies while enhancing overall business performance.
- Represent the bank as a trusted ambassador and deliver insightful reports to the Executive Director of Wholesale Banking.
Who We're Looking For: - A trailblazer with a BSc Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Holder of banking certifications like ACIB or similar is preferred.
- 10+ years of proven expertise in the banking sector, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles focused on marketing, business development, or relationship management.
- A natural leader with exceptional strategic thinking , communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A Namibian citizen or permanent resident fluent in English.
