Qualification and Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
3 – 5 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist within the telecommunication sector.
Excellent excel and presentation skills a must.
Deliver results within a defined time frame and strong sense of ownership.
Passionate about new ideas, solving problems, and delivering results.
Proactive and pay attention to detail.
Must have the ability to work well under pressure.
Must have a valid driver’s licence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors’ offerings.
Create compelling content that aligns with the brand’s messaging and goals.
Monitor digital traffic, social media engagement, and website analytics.
Monitor project status and budget.
Stay informed about changing advertising trends.
Development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
