Our Client is looking for x2 Key Accounts Managers to provide sales services to the clients, to the team and external stakeholders in line with the business strategy. Formulation of business strategy for sales including Managing the existing client base to ensure contractual obligations of clients and the Company strategic objectives are met as well as new acquisitions. Exploring and developing new business development initiatives or opportunities for standard business units within the Client and from time to time projects.
What you’ll do:
- Ensuring sales department conducts sales to existing and new clients
- Providing accurate and on time forecast (pipeline).
- Manage his/her time and diary and time allocation to achieve budget and manage clients.
- Building and maintaining key customer relationships
- Concluding partnership agreements with the client
- Concluding outstanding service level agreements with the clientÂ
- Establishing strategic client meetings
- Budgeting with the intent of achieving additional revenues from the existing client base
- Monthly and quarterly meetings with clients to convert opportunities for additional business from existing client base
- Engagement and input with and to internal business divisions on client requirements, collections strategies
- Providing input to the Executive with preparation for new business strategiesÂ
- Successfully implementing sustainable short, medium and long term business developmentÂ
- Facilitating the generation of standard and ad hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)
- Analysing trends to ascertain usage and revenue for future months
- Evaluating and implementing corrective action
Your expertise:
- 5 year proven track record in sales of services (bureau experience an advantage) with budgets achieved.
- 5 years’ experience in a Sales Management environment
5 years’ experience as a Strategic Accounts Manager - Experience in Bureau /Financial Services / Software Sales/Credit Industry advantageous
Qualifications required:
- Grade 12 as well as
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business or a related fieldÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
