KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute the Group HC Strategy, including Learning and Development.
- Design and implement OD initiatives.
- Provide feedback on Psychometric assessments (CPP, VO, EQ).
- Talent and succession planning.
- Provide line managers with guidance and support on HC activities, policies, and practices.
- Strategically resource the business through a variety of recruitment methodologies.
- Plan and organise ASI Group Conferences, Breakaways, and Events.
- Manage Employee Relations such as poor performance improvement and disciplinary hearings.
- Ensure statutory reports are completed and submitted on time.
- Internal communications, including EVP communication.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in industrial psychology.
- Registration with the HSPCA as an Industrial Psychologist.
- BBBEE scorecard knowledge is advantageous.
- 5 years’ experience.
- Working experience with MS Office, including Excel (Intermediate).

- Good understanding of HR data analytics.
