In the segments of onshore wind and solar, RWE Renewables Europe & Australia is among the largest electricity producers in Europe and has become a key player in the field of renewables. With its comprehensive „Growing Green“ investment and growth strategy, RWE is expanding green generation capacity – to more than 65 gigawatts by 2030.
To this end, RWE is investing €55 billion between 2024 and 2030. RWE Renewables Europe & Australia is focusing on its core markets in Europe and Australia. The team with 1,800 colleagues across 11 countries has come a long way already. With the project pipeline well filled in all technologies, battery storage, onshore wind power and solar energy, you'll have the freedom to act with conviction and courage as we pivot to new technologies – and continuously improve, together.
As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our Document Management Systems (DMS) team, you will work hand in hand with our Solution Managers, Solution Architects and Frontend Developers who develop and further improve RWE Renewables Document Management Systems.
- Support our internal Solution Managers in project specific activities
- Create and update technical documentations / user guides
- Support in testing and bug fixing of our Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Participate in activities to improve our DMS
- Support in import of documents incl. their metadata from other sources into the DMS of RWE Renewables
- Update of status of all current development tickets
- Update of change-log for all new DMS functionalities
- Create and updating documents such as wikis, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Ongoing studies in the field of Engineering, IT, Economics/Management or comparable (with at least twelve more months until you graduate)
- Proficient with office tools like MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues globally, engage with different stakeholders, and share best practices
- Self-driven and autonomous working style
- Enjoying working within a team
- Confident in speaking and writing in English, additional language skills are beneficial
