Head of Innovation
A globally recognized and growing bank in Namibia is seeking a highly skilled Head of Innovation to lead their efforts in driving creative solutions and fostering innovation within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the banks innovation strategy to enhance competitiveness and introduce new products and services.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies to integrate into banking operations.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align innovation with the banks strategic goals.
Required Qualifications: - A Masters Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in innovation management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong banking experience with knowledge of financial products, digital banking, and fintech trends.
- Proven success in implementing innovative solutions in the banking sector.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
