Job Description
(By no means an exhaustive list)
- Mainly – build strong long-term client relationships
- Work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Interact, correspond and consult with clients via various means of communication (e-mail, telephone etc.)
- Manage +-200 emails daily
- “Upsell” Company services
- Meet personal/team sales targets
- Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
- Client complaint management
- Remain up to date with company services and service knowledge
Qualifications
What skills and experience are we looking for?
(By no means an exhaustive list)
- 2-3 Years’ experience in customer service and sales
- Very strong admin skills
- Understand MS Outlook
- Can handle high call volumes and large number of emails

The deal:
This is a senior Consultant Position where you will be able to prove yourself. The package consists of a basic salary plus commission.
