We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.

Requirements:
