Controls Production Operative
Permanent £26,744 pa (£13.19 per hour)
Day Shift - Mon-Fri - 39hrs per week

Our client based in Leeds, West Yorkshire has an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to work as part of the Controls Department. This is a temporary to PERMANENT position.
Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Working with the Stores & Spares teams for part picking & despatch
- Building control panels
- Printing out and fitting wire & terminal markers
- Printing out & fitting information & warning labels
- Wiring control panels
- Filling in loom information sheets for the looming machine
- Downloading Strategies/Software to the controllers
- Packing panels, loose parts and consumables
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Essential
- Electrically biased practical qualifications (City & Guilds, HNC etc.)
- Ability to work pro-actively, using own initiative
- Strong team working skills
- Attention to detail
- Have good written & communication skills
Full training will be given to the ideal candidate, however they must have an electrical qualification as mentioned above.
