Job Description
On-site training with technicians. Service Bulletin guidance face to face. Technical skill up with ride along by FTC's with technicians. Guidance and resolution on usage of M-GSPN (mobile GSPN).
Reporting on Technical skill level of technician and gap analysis for improved technical ability. Enhancement of triage process and first time resolution along with proactive parts recommendation ordering.
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years experience technical experience in SAMSUNG products and processes.
- 2 to 5 years experience in reporting and technical analysis.
- 2 to 5 years experience in process re-engineering (Six Sigma etc.).
