At Filpro, we are dedicated to improving, promoting, and expanding our brands across the Taxi, Retail Industries, and informal automotive business sectors. We are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to assist in the seamless implementation of our Enterprise Development and YES program.
- Ensure 100% project delivery and maintain quality standards
- Proactively plan and monitor projects
- Conduct customer visits and identify client needs
- Mentor clients and manage YES learners
- Facilitate soft skills and product training sessions
- Maintain relationships with Taxi Associations, Retailers and Workshops
- Ensure accurate administrative reporting
- Implement promotional programs and represent the company at events
- Grade 12
- Valid code 08 driver’s license
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales Training or Project Management (advantageous)
- 3 years’ experience in Marketing /Sales and Project Management
- 3 years’ experience in Training and Development
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, CRM, and relevant software
- Knowledge of the motor parts business and/or filtration
- Fluent in isiXhosa
- Knowledge of the various townships under the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality
