Job Title: Senior Integration Engineer Marine Systems

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - Education : Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : At least 5-10 years of experience in marine systems engineering, with a focus on system integration and project management.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements: - Technical Expertise : Proficiency in marine technology, system interface management, and integration tools/software.
- Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of marine regulatory standards, safety codes, and quality control in system integration.
- Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate technical details to diverse audiences and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
- System Integration : Lead the design and integration of complex marine systems, ensuring optimal compatibility, functionality, and safety.
- Technical Oversight : Provide technical expertise and guidance on system interfaces, performance requirements, and project deliverables.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure all systems and integration projects meet regulatory standards, marine industry guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Diagnose integration issues and apply solutions to optimize system performance in various marine environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to coordinate integration activities and resolve system-related challenges.
