Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Naval Architecture, or related field).
- Experience: 5-10 years in planning and outfitting for maritime or offshore projects.
- Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans.
Beneficial requirements: - Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, etc.).
- Project Management: Strong project oversight skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
Duties and responsibilities: - Oversee the planning and coordination of outfitting tasks for maritime or offshore projects.
- Ensure proper installation of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to meet project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure quality control of outfitting work, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
