You will be in charge of running a team of housekeepers servicing holiday houses in Queenstown.
This will be a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading & overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping team to retain high standards of work and guest satisfaction
- Manage and support new team members, including training of housekeepers and supervisors
- Creating rosters, quality assurance testing for fortnightly housekeeping staff
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels, ensuring proper allocation of supplies across properties
- Collaborate with management to develop and manage the housekeeping budget, including labour, supplies, and equipment
Role Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping and management is required
- Ability to oversee and maintain budgets, all operating supplies, replacements, and consumables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong eye for detail, and ability to follow procedures and set the standard for cleanliness
- Clean Full New Zealand Drivers Licence is essential
