The chosen candidate will be highly target driven with a career progression with the company will lead to being an Account Broker. This is an outbound sales focused position so an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for lead generation and gathering insurance renewal dates for key sectors of business
A purely outbound telephone sales role generating leads from the company database
Uphold the professional nature of the company whilst looking to enhance the brand name of the company at all times

You will need to thrive in a target orientated environment
Experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, telesales, charity fund raising, outbound calling is essential.
Insurance experience not essential as full training will be provided
