Our client is seeking an experienced individual to work as a Quality Inspector to inspect the products during the manufacturing process. This role will be casting an eye for faults and will be a person who can train the teams in the processes to make sure corrective action is understood and actioned by the manufacturing team.
Job Description for the Quality Inspector role: - To make regular inspections of the products during the manufacturing process against documentation and technical drawings
- To check the dimensions of the products against technical drawings
- To check equipment to make sure the teams are working within the required tolerances
- To support the job folder checking before they are issued to production for processing
- Assist with continuous improvement and maintenance of ISO standards
- To assist with reviewing and maintaining the quality policy
For the Quality Inspector role, it would be good to see candidates with the following skills and experience: - To hold the Level 4 quality practitioner qualification
- A strong understanding of quality policies and procedures
- Good MS Office exp
- Strong organisational skills
- A good knowledge of ISO accreditations
- ERP exp is an advantage
- Good attention to detail
Hours: Monday Thursday 8:30 am 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am 4:00 pm
Salary: Up to £26,000 Per Annum
