We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Digital Marketing and Campaign Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives in a decentralized, agile environment. As part of our lead-focused and customer-centric organization, you’ll develop and execute high-impact digital campaigns, manage lead generation efforts, and oversee our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. This role is essential to driving business growth in a fast-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation and Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) for health, pet, and motor warranty insurance products.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns for efficient, high-quality lead generation within budget.
- Collaborate on content strategy to engage target audiences at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Identify new market opportunities and tactics for sustained business growth.
- Manage and report monthly digital campaign spending, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Achieve a minimum 60% quality lead rate across platforms, tracking daily and monthly targets.
- Conduct regular analysis of landing pages and user journeys to improve UX and maximize conversions.
- Drive innovation in digital strategies, keeping up with emerging technologies and trends.
Affiliate and Partnership Program Development: - Create new lead channels and conduct proof of concept (POC) initiatives with affiliates to optimize lead flow.
- Set up and manage regular check-ins with affiliates, ensuring lead quality meets expectations.
- Lead weekly sessions with the sales team to review client feedback and refine the lead journey.
Analysis & Reporting: - Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead conversions, and budget alignment.
- Track, analyze, and report digital marketing metrics to identify improvement areas and adapt campaigns.
- Deliver actionable insights from above-the-line (ATL) campaigns to enhance overall strategy.
Marketing and Brand Activities: - Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all digital marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives with marketing and design resources.
- Ensure accuracy of product and plan information post-updates.
- Manage internal communications calendars to streamline brand messaging and company-wide announcements.
Team Leadership and Development: - Provide vision and direction for team members, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Requirements: - Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications and certifications in digital marketing and design are advantageous.
Experience: - 5+ years in digital campaign management and lead generation, preferably in insurance or related fields.
- Proven success in digital design, campaign strategy, and lead generation, especially in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong background in leadership, with a history of inspiring and managing teams.
