Planned Works Project Manager
Position: Full-Time (37 hours per week)Location: (Hybrid working a minimum of 1 day in the office, to be confirmed with the Manager)About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Resident Services and Climate Change team. This role involves leading on contractors, managing aids and adaptations, and addressing issues related to damp and mould.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage contractor activities.
- Implement and manage aids and adaptations for residents.
- Address and resolve issues related to damp and mould in housing
- Leading a team of three surveyors
- Be able to liaise with tenants and clients
Top 5 Requirements:
- Professional/Technical Qualification: A relevant discipline qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Project Management: Proven skills in managing projects effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of statutory regulations related to engineering, construction, and buildings.
- Contract Knowledge: Broad understanding of different forms of contract.
- Health & Safety: Awareness and evidence of good practice in Health & Safety legislation, particularly in housing maintenance and the construction industry.
